Welcome to the Mango Union App Setup and Troubleshooting Guide! This guide will assist you in setting up the Mango Union system and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve any issues you may encounter. By following these instructions carefully, you can ensure a smooth and successful setup process.

To make the process easier, all Bluetooth settings are consolidated into a single step, and all Wi-Fi settings are grouped together in another step. This simplifies the instructions and ensures clarity throughout the setup process.

Step 1: Power Off Mango Power Union ("Home" Base and Move)

Make sure both the Mango Union Base and Mango Power Move are powered off.

Step 2: Bluetooth Settings

Important Note: Skip this step if you are setting up the device for the first time.

1. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. "Forget" both the Mango Union Base and Mango Power Move devices.

Step 3: Install the MP Union App

1. Navigate to the respective app store on your phone.
2. Download and install the MP Union App.

Step 4: Power On Mango Power Move

Turn on the Mango Power Move device.

Step 5: Open the Mango Union App

Launch the MP Union App on your phone.

Step 6: Bluetooth Configuration

Tap on "BLE Config" within the application.

Locate the Mango Power Move device on your phone's Bluetooth list. Look for a device name starting with "W00" or "E8".

Connect your phone to the Mango Power Move by selecting it from the list.

Step 8: Internet Settings - Wi-Fi Configuration

Tap the "Internet Settings" button within the app.

Tap the Wi-Fi icon within the input field labeled "Please select or enter a Wi-Fi name".

• Note: Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.
• If needed, split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections on your home modem/router.

Select Network

• Choose your Wi-Fi network from the available list.
  

Enter Wi-Fi Password

Tap the "Setup" button

• It will show "Set Successfully" and move to the next screen

Step 9: Back to Home

Press the "Back to Home" button within the app.

Step 10: Power On Mango Power Base

1. Turn on the Mango Power Base device.
2. Repeat Steps 6 to 10 to connect the Base to the Wi-Fi network.

Step 11: Login 

Tap the login button

• If the user does not have an account, please create one

Step 12: Add the Mango Power Move

Tap the "+ add device" button.

Locate the PN number on the Mango Move 

Enter the device's PN number into the input field

Tap the confirm button

• Once the device is successfully added, a success message will display 

• The device is successfully added and will be displayed on the home screen

Step 13: Add the Mango Power Base

1. Tap the "mp home +" button.
2.  Locate the PN number on the Mango Move 
3. Enter the device's PN number into the input field
4. Tap the confirm button
5. Once the device is successfully added, a success message will display
