Why isn't my AC Outlet delivering power?Updated a year ago
Please refer to the appropriate scenario below for guidance:
- If you've combined Move and Home into Union with backup mode disabled:
- Kindly ensure that both Move and Home have sufficient power.
- Please turn on the Home Backup Breaker on the back of the Home unit.
- Switch from the Move to Union mode on your screen.
- Now, please activate the AC Output switch.

- If you've combined Move and Home into Union with backup mode enabled:
- Ensure that BOTH Move and Home are connected to the grid or solar panels via the input cables, please.
- Please turn on the Home Backup Breaker on the back of the Home unit.
- Please switch to Union mode from Move/Home on the screen.
- Next, kindly turn on the AC Output switch.
