Why isn't my AC Outlet delivering power?Updated a year ago

Please refer to the appropriate scenario below for guidance:

  • If you've combined Move and Home into Union with backup mode disabled:
    • Kindly ensure that both Move and Home have sufficient power.
    • Please turn on the Home Backup Breaker on the back of the Home unit.  
    • Switch from the Move to Union mode on your screen.
    • Now, please activate the AC Output switch.

If no power is being delivered yet, we regret the inconvenience. Please email [email protected], providing your Move and Home Serial numbers (or PN) for personalized assistance.


  • If you've combined Move and Home into Union with backup mode enabled:
    • Ensure that BOTH Move and Home are connected to the grid or solar panels via the input cables, please.
    • Please turn on the Home Backup Breaker on the back of the Home unit.  
    • Please switch to Union mode from Move/Home on the screen.
    • Next, kindly turn on the AC Output switch.
