Initial Checks:

Before proceeding with troubleshooting WiFi and Starlink connection issues, it's important to perform some initial checks to ensure a smooth troubleshooting process. Follow these steps:

  1.  Confirm Mango Application: Verify that you have the correct Mango application installed on your device. There are two possible applications: Mango Power Union App or Mango Power App.
  2. Network Visibility: Ensure that your device can detect and connect to the WiFi network. Please check if your device can see the available networks. This step will help identify any potential issues with network visibility. Network Identification: Please identify the network you are trying to connect to. Please provide the name of the network (also known as SSID), as this information will be useful for further troubleshooting.
  3. Connect to the Network: Once you have identified the network, please attempt connecting to it using your device. If there are any error messages or issues during the connection process, please take note of the specific error message or behavior. Password Validation: Ensure that you enter the correct password for the network. Sometimes, incorrect passwords can cause connection problems.

By performing these initial checks, we can gather important information about the setup and identify potential issues related to network visibility or connectivity. Next, we will proceed with the troubleshooting steps specific to WiFi and Starlink connection issues.

Application Permission

When encountering connection issues with an application, it's important to consider the permission settings that might be blocking the connection. Permissions dictate what an application can access or do on your device. Here are some common troubleshooting steps to address application permission settings that may be causing connection problems:

  • Check Network Access Permissions: Ensure that the application has the necessary permissions to access the network. Go to the device's settings or the application settings menu to verify that the app has permission to access Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Review Privacy Settings: Certain privacy settings, particularly on mobile devices, might restrict an application's ability to access certain features or services. Look for permissions related to location, contacts, or other relevant settings. Grant the necessary permissions for the application to establish the connection.
  • Reinstall the Application: If all else fails, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the application. This process can often resolve underlying issues with permissions or corrupted files that might be affecting the connection.
