How to address the APP error that crops up during connection?Updated a year ago

If you're having trouble connecting your Mango E to the internet following a Bluetooth configuration (the Bluetooth light being off on the app settings page) and you encounter a pop-up window as shown below, here is a simple step-by-step guide to help you out:

1. Kindly unpair the device in the APP.

2. Next, please navigate to your phone's settings(NOT THE APP PAGE) and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.

3. After that, please reestablish the Bluetooth connection on the phone settings page(NOT THE APP PAGE)

4. Once you've done that, please launch the app and connect to Mango E. If you need more detailed instructions, this link might be helpful:

After completing the above troubleshooting steps, please confirm:

1. Is the Bluetooth light lit up on the settings page? If it never lights up, please use another device to complete the Bluetooth Connection(Steps 2 & 3).

2. Is your Wi-Fi version under 1.5? You can click the firmware button or the Mango Power logo on the Mango E display. The device info will show up.
